Project Overview

Objective:

The project focused on conducting an on-plant survey and updating AS-BUILT drawings to reflect the current situation of operating equipment in the milling process. This was essential for planning activities aimed at upgrading the industrial capacity of the facility.

Scope of Work:

1.On-Plant Survey:

Conducted a detailed on-plant survey to assess the current state of operating equipment. Gathered accurate data on the existing equipment and its operational status.

2.AS-BUILT Drawings:

Created updated AS-BUILT drawings to accurately represent the current situation. Included newly installed equipment that was not previously documented. Removed obsolete equipment from the drawings to ensure accuracy and relevance.

3.Technical Documentation Update:

Revised the technical documentation to reflect changes identified during the survey.
Ensured that all updates were accurately integrated into the AS-BUILT drawings.

Key Outcomes

Conducted a thorough on-plant survey to gather accurate data on the current state of equipment.
Produced precise AS-BUILT drawings, incorporating newly installed equipment and removing outdated items.
