Project Overview
Objective:
The project focused on conducting an on-site plant survey and updating As-Built drawings to reflect the existing conditions of operating equipment in the milling process. This documentation was required to support the planning of future activities aimed at upgrading the industrial capacity of the facility.
Scope of Work:
1. On-Site Plant Survey:
Conducted a detailed on-site plant survey to assess the existing condition and layout of operating equipment.
Collected accurate information about the installed equipment and its current configuration.
2. As-Built Drawings:
Updated the As-Built drawings to accurately represent the existing conditions.
Included newly installed equipment that had not been previously documented.
Removed obsolete equipment from the drawings to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
3. Technical Documentation Update:
Revised the technical documentation to reflect the changes identified during the on-site survey.
Integrated the documented modifications into the updated As-Built drawings.
