Project Overview

Objective:

To create a detailed simulation in 3D and Virtual Reality for the installation activities required to prepare and build a new manufacturing capacity. This simulation aimed to ensure all activities were performed with high EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards.

Scope of Work:

1.3D Simulation:

Developed a comprehensive 3D simulation for the preparatory and building activities necessary for the new manufacturing capacity.
Included all required tools and machinery to perform the actions safely and efficiently.

2.Virtual Reality Simulation:

Translated the 3D simulation into Virtual Reality to provide an immersive and interactive planning tool.
Allowed stakeholders to visualize and interact with the installation process in a virtual environment.

3.Planning and Logistics:

Planned the space requirements for various facilities, including mobile warehouses, offices, toilets, canteens, parking for machinery, and storage for tools.
Detailed the step-by-step process from preparation to build, ensuring all logistical needs were met.

4.EHS Standards:

Ensured all simulated activities adhered to high EHS standards, prioritizing safety and environmental considerations throughout the project.
