Description:

We conducted an on-plant survey and created as-built drawings to document the current state of operating equipment at Knauf Radica AD. This project involved preliminary CAD drafting to design and integrate a future rob pack automated-packaging line, ensuring seamless installation and operation.

Scope of Work:

1.On-Plant Survey and As-Built Drawings:

Performed a comprehensive survey of the plant to capture detailed data on the existing equipment and layout.
Created accurate as-built drawings to reflect the current situation on the levels affected by the new line.

2.Preliminary CAD Drafting for Future Line:

Drafted preliminary CAD designs for the new rob pack automated-packaging line to be installed in the same area.
Incorporated the new line's design into the existing plant layout, ensuring proper integration and functionality.

3.Adjustments and Removal of Existing Equipment:

Identified and removed existing equipment that collided with the new line.
Made necessary adjustments to the remaining equipment to accommodate the future line, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.

Key Outcomes

Accurate Documentation: Produced precise as-built drawings, providing a clear and detailed representation of the current state ofthe plant.
Seamless Integration: Designed the new rob pack automated-packaging line to fit seamlessly into the existing layout, ensuring efficient use of space and resources.
