Project Overview

Description:

We conducted an on-site plant survey and created As-Built drawings to document the existing operating equipment at Knauf Radika AD. The project also included preliminary CAD drafting to design and integrate a future Rob Pack automated packaging line, supporting accurate planning, equipment positioning, and preparation for installation.

Scope of Work:

1. On-Site Plant Survey and As-Built Drawings:

Performed a comprehensive plant survey to capture detailed information about the existing equipment and layout.

Created accurate As-Built drawings representing the existing conditions on the levels affected by the planned production line.

2. Preliminary CAD Drafting for Future Line:

Created preliminary CAD designs for the future Rob Pack automated packaging line to be installed within the existing production area.

Integrated the new line design into the existing plant layout to evaluate positioning, available space, and compatibility with existing equipment.

3. Adjustments and Removal of Existing Equipment:

Identified existing equipment that conflicted with the planned production line and defined the required removals.

Defined necessary adjustments to the remaining equipment to accommodate the future line and support the planned installation process.

Key Outcomes

Accurate Documentation: Produced accurate As-Built drawings providing a clear representation of the existing plant conditions and equipment layout.

Equipment Integration: Integrated the future Rob Pack automated packaging line into the existing layout, supporting better use of the available installation space.

Installation Planning: Identified required equipment removals and modifications in advance, providing a clearer foundation for planning the future installation.
