Project Overview
Description:
We created an as-built 3D model of the current situation from point cloud data, providing comprehensive data management and grouping in families for each system. The project included water systems, powder dosing systems, process equipment, pressured air, instruments and electric, civil, and architectural elements. Our service also covered 3D data optimization and synchronization for the client's preferred software solution, making the data easy to open and work with. Additionally, we optimized the 3D model for future equipment installation and conducted a clash report.
Scope of Work:
1.As-Build 3D Modeling:
Developed an as-built 3D model from point cloud data.
Managed and grouped data into families for each system separately, including:
Water system
Powder dosing system
Process equipment
Pressured air system
Instruments and electric system
Civil and architectural elements
2.3D Data Optimization:
Optimized 3D data for the client's preferred software solution, ensuring the model is easy to open and work with.
Synchronized data for seamless integration into the client's workflow.
3.Future Equipment Integration:
Imported future equipment into the as-built model.
Conducted a clash report to identify and resolve potential conflicts between existing structures and new installations.
